I am extremely honored and proud to announce the opening of Banchan: American Izakaya this June 2021. I, alongside my partner Matt Fischer @mattleefischer, have been strategizing for the past year on how best to serve our community with the opening of our ideal restaurant located at 900 Main St. Park City, UT. Since I opened @JacksonsBaseCamp in 2013 my passion was, and remains, to provide a service that makes a memory. I feel after ski après is a strong part of Park City’s energy and creating that memory. Creating an atmosphere to remanence on the positive aspects of your day while daydreaming about your best powder day. Banchan: American Izakaya is a place to experience this while enjoying Chef Matt’s incredible menu composed of Japanese-American classics, but also to expect notes of his passion for Chinese, Midwestern Barbecue, Thai, and of course Korean cooking with an emphasis on Banchan style portions. Both Matt and I look forward to servicing you, your friends, and your family at @Banchanpc starting this June 2021.
